Consistency as with any supplement is key.  Recommended dosage is 1 to 5 drops taken daily. Do not exceed 70mg in one day.

Shake well before use and place drops sublingually (under the tongue) and hold for at least 60 seconds before swallowing.  Avoid touching the dropper to the mouth and prerserve the quality of your oil.  Best taken with or after food.
