This is because it's fat-soluble, which means it can be absorbed better when combined with fats like avocado or coconut oil.

Assume you're having a simple breakfast consisting of coffee and toast. To infuse it, put a few drops of the oil right onto your toast and let it soak for a few minutes. Alternatively, if you want a more thorough infusion, you can add it to an actual recipe. If the recipe says add ½ cup of olive oil, you can substitute it with 1/8 of the oil!
